Job Description

Ability to troubleshoot problems in Biomedical & Power Electronics. • Fielding Customer Calls to facilitate support function. • Provide resolutions on Hardware, Software, Assay and Training related calls from existing customers. • Ability to work efficiently and resolve customer issues using the most effective solution. • Capture and document all aspects of the customer interactions/issues into the database. • Continually build upon current knowledge and grow with the expanding business.

Skills Required: Strong communication skills. • Be a team player, maintain team spirit and positive energy at work. • Critical thinking and problem -solving skills • Ability to solve customer queries

Experience Required: 2-3 yrs Y
