Job Description

Experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, or chat and writing clear and concise emails and other communications and engaging with global communities through multiple platforms, such as Youtube Live, and more. • Interact with customers through calls and focus on achieving targets. • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and comfortable developing strong working relationships with colleagues across global offices. • Solve customer issues, questions, and concerns about their Mentor or project review experience. • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database. • Understand the customers' query and identify the customers' needs and offer the best solution.

Skills Required: Strong communication skills. • Be a team player, maintain team spirit and positive energy at work. • Problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend potential products or services. • Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well. • Ability to handle all kinds of customer behaviour
